Kylie Minogue: The largest music event in England took place on Saturday in London, and a famous singer was given a special recognition.
Australian pop star Kylie Minogue received the global icon award at the Brit Awards, recognizing her amazing 40-year career in music. She was also chosen as a nominee for the international artist of the year award and ended the show by performing a mix of her best songs.

Before the event, Minogue talked to Brit Award reporters, mentioning how busy she has been but how excited she was for the night.
Dua Lipa presented Minogue with the global icon award, calling her “the eternal queen of pop.”
During her acceptance speech, Minogue expressed her love for music and connection with people, mentioning that a part of her still feels like the 14-year-old girl dreaming of making music.

After receiving the award, Minogue performed a medley of her hits, including “Padam, Padam,” “Slow,” and “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” closing the show.
Minogue’s sixteenth studio album, “Tension,” released in September, brought her back into the spotlight, especially with the hit single “Padam, Padam.”
Apart from the Brit Awards, Minogue is currently performing in Las Vegas.
